Resumo: O presente trabalho visa contribuir para uma maior abrangência das influências
teóricas encontradas nos ditames filosóficos de G.W.F. Hegel. Com isso, a pesquisa teve
como objetivo discutir as conexões pertinentes entre o conceito de alma em Aristóteles, a
partir de seu tratado De Anima, e o conceito particular de espírito discutido por Hegel em
Filosofia do Espírito – particularmente a parcela do trabalho que compreende a explicação
sobre o espírito subjetivo, última parte da sua Enciclopédia das Ciências Filosóficas em
Epítome, abordando de forma comparativa e genealógica os conceitos que afetam os dois
autores. Feito isso, o desígnio maior do artigo visa analisar as explícitas influências do
filósofo grego no modo de se compreender a ideia de alma presente na formulação do
conceito de espírito no livro de Hegel, apontando as principais sistematizações críticas que
este reconhece e incorpora de Aristóteles em seu trabalho.

Abstract: The present work aims to contribute for a greater scope of the theoretical
influences found in the philosophical dictates of G.W.F. Hegel. With this, the research sees
you as objective to discuss the pertinent connections between the concept of soul in Aristotle,
from his treatise De Anima, and the particular concept of spirit discussed by Hegel in
Philosophy of Spirit – particularly the portion of the work that comprises the explanation
about the subjective spirit, last part of his Encyclopedia of Philosophical Sciences in
Epitome, addressing in a comparative and genealogical way the concepts that affect the two
authors. Once this is done, the larger design of the article aims to analyze the explicit
influences of the Greek philosopher on how to understand the idea of soul present in the
formulation of the concept of spirit in Hegel, pointing out the main critical systematizations
that he recognizes and incorporates from Aristotle in his work.
