RESUMO:Este artigo tem como objetivo explicitar a problemática da ontologia e da ética (a teoria da Substância ou Deus, os atributos e os modos) naÉtica(1677) do filósofo holandêsBenedictus de Spinoza (1632-1677) e a diferença entre ética e moral a partir da leitura de Gilles Deleuze (1925-1995), nos seus Cursos sobre Spinozaproferidos em Vincennes (1978-1981) e em Spinoza: filosofia prática (1981). Conclui-se que, Deleuze nos apresenta uma contribuição e inovação de Spinoza para a história da filosofiacom suaética geométricafundada no plano da imanência.

ABSTRACT:This article aims to explain the problem of ontology and ethics (the theory of substance or God, attributes and modes) in Ethics (1677) of the Dutch philosopher Benedictus de Spinoza (1632- 1677) and the difference between ethics and morals from the reading of Gilles Deleuze (1925-1995) in their Courses about Spinoza delivered in Vincennes (1978-1981) and Spinoza: Practical Philosophy (1981). It follows that,Deleuze presents a contribution and Spinoza‟s innovation to the history of philosophy with its geometric ethics founded on immanence plane.
