Resumo: O presente artigo tem como objetivo examinar em Bergson a questão e a relação da moral com a emoção e o movimento criador da vida – Elán vital. Analisaremos algumas obras bergsonianas, mas teremos como base principal “As duas fontes da moral e da religião” (1932), precisamente por ser nesta obra que aparecerá o fundamento e a essência da moral aberta, absoluta, real e ilimitada, vivenciada pelos “homens extraordinários”, em contraposição à moral fechada, imóvel e excludente, existente na maioria das sociedades. Na oportunidade pretendemos mostrar o porquê da moral em Bergson ser considerada inovadora, transformadora, ativa e dinâmica.

Abstract: This article aims to examine in Bergson the question and the relation of the moral, the emotion and the creator movement of life – “Elán vital”. We will analyse some Bergsonian titles, but our principal base is The two sources of morality and religion, because it is in this work which will appear the essence of opened morality, absolute, real and limitless, experienced by “extraordinary men”, unlike the closed, immobile and excluding morality, existing in most societies. In this opportunity we will show why Bergson’s morality can be considered innovative, transformative, active and dynamic.
