 Resumo: O presente trabalho intenta mostrar, de todo o percurso empreendido pela consciência, aquele trecho na Fenomenologia do Espírito de Hegel, em que ela depara-se com a religião como o momento anterior à passagem ao saber absoluto. Teria Hegel apresentado o tema da religião como uma crítica moral ao mundo, ou simplesmente como uma exposição de uma razão prática? Cada momento vivido e experienciado pela consciência é o todo de todo o percurso, embora realizado em parte. Isso significa que a fenomenologia da consciência, no seu momento religioso, é o resultado histórico e existencial de seu percurso. No momento da religião, o absoluto fala de si, de como se expõe ao homem, pela sua experiência. A religião é o apresentar-se da autoconsciência à consciência, quando o absoluto apresenta-se inteligível e exprimível. Na religião, os predicados da substância, elevada ao nível de sujeito, representam o percurso tomado pela consciência, da religião natural, à artística e, por fim, até à revelada, onde o espírito torna-se conceito puro, contendo as figuras precedentes como momentos dialéticos.

Abstract: The present work attempts to show, the whole route undertaken by consciousness, that excerpt in Hegel’s Phenomenology of Spirit, in which she faced with religion as the previous moment to transition to know. Hegel would have brought the topic of religion as a moral criticism to the world, or simply as a display of a practical reason? Each moment lived and experienced by consciousness is the whole of the whole route, although done in part. This means that the phenomenology of consciousness, in its time, is the historical and existential result of his career. At the time of the religion, the absolute speaks of itself, as it exposes to the man, for his experience. In religion the predicates of the substance subject to high level, representing the route taken by the awareness of natural religion the art and ultimately to the disclosed where the mind becomes pure concept, containing as the preceding figures dialectical moments.
