 Resumo: A filosofia de Martin Heidegger, fenomenologia hermenêutica de caráter ontológico e existencial, questionou a Metafísica tradicional no tocante ao homem, no seu poder-ser, sendo posto no campo das possibilidades. “O homem, portanto, é o ente que se propõe a pergunta sobre o sentido do ser” (REALE-ANTISERI, 2008, p. 204). Assim, na concepção heideggeriana, o ser do homem (o eis-aí-ser, “dasein”) emerge como um ser que se revela, desvela-se no “aí”. Nesse contexto, é que podemos entender a dimensão existencial do homem, uma condição ontológica, encontrada sob uma base fenomenológica do Ser. Quanto a isso, a ontologia fundamental acontece como um ponto de partida para a desconstrução e reconstrução de todas as ontologias. O ser-aí está sempre no mundo, ele é um ser-no-mundo e para-com-outros-no-mundo. É nesse horizonte de sentido que se direciona nosso trabalho, a saber, entender e apresentar os elementos que fundamentem as bases, a partir das quais, a alteridade pode vir a ser um elemento do construir-se e do relacionar-se. O que decorre de uma necessidade ontológica de o homem ser com outros no mundo com responsabilidade.

Abstract: The philosophy of Martin Heidegger, hermeneutic phenomenology and ontological character, questioned the traditional metaphysics with reference to man, in his power to be, being put in the field of possibilities. “Man, therefore, is the one who proposes the question about the meaning of Being” (REALE-ANTISERI, 2008, p. 204). Them, in Heidegger’s conception of man’s being (the there-be, “Dasein”) emerges as a being who unfolds, unfolds it “there”. In this context, we can understand the existential dimension of man, an ontological condition, found in a phenomenological basis of Being In this regard, the fundamental ontology happens as a starting point for deconstruction and reconstruction of all ontologies. The being-there is always in the world, he is a being in the world and being with other inthe world. It is in this sense that it directs our work, namely to understand and present the evidence to support the foundation, from which the horizon alterity may prove to be an element of the buildup and relate. What follows is an ontological need to be with other man in the world with responsibility.
