Resumen: Este artículo es una crítica del conductismo radical y su problema de la interpretación de la mente a partir de las conductas observables del sujeto. Después de casi un siglo del inicio de esta corriente psicológica, marcada por grandes polémicas, consigue aún llamar la atención y genera debate. La cuestión de cuán observable puede ser la mente es, por lo menos, difícil de precisar, lo que justifica su crítica. Haremos la nuestra apoyados en buena parte del pensamiento de un filósofo bastante ‘controversial’, Ludwig Wittgenstein. Controversial, por el hecho que mientras algunos conductistas lo asocian –a nuestro juicio equivocadamente– a su propia corriente, otros los alejan parcial o totalmente de esta. Wittgenstein, en nuestro caso, será uno de nuestros importantes referentes para la crítica que haremos del conductismo.

Abstract: This paper is a critique of radical behaviorism from its problem of the interpretation of the mind from the observable behaviors of the subject. After a century of the beginning of this psychological proposal, marked by several controversies, it still manages to attract attention and produce discussion. The question of how observable the mind is difficult to specify and this justifies the criticism. We will make our criticism supported by a controversial philosopher, Ludwig Wittgenstein. Many behaviorists associate Wittgenstein with behaviorism – in our opinion mistakenly –; others, separate he philosopher from this psychological proposal. Wittgenstein, in our case, will be one of our important references for the criticism we will make of behaviorism.
