 Resumo: o artigo propõe apontar e desenvolver o paradoxo inerente aos direitos humanos e, ao mesmo tempo, explicitar a posição de Hannah Arendt sobre o assunto, especialmente sua compreensão dos direitos humanos como direito a ter direitos.

Abstract: The article aims to point and to develop the paradox inherent to human rights and at the same time, explain the position of Hannah Arendt on the subject, especially his understanding of human rights as the right to have rights.
