 Resumen: El presente trabajo tiene por objeto poner de relevancia el concepto de límite en el pensamiento feuerbachiano en el periodo 1839 – 1845. Este tema, poco estudiado en la bibliografía, conlleva a pensar un modo de mediación con la realidad empírica a través de la relación entre pensamiento y percepción sensible, asimismo respecto a sus posibilidades: estas son siempre –justamente –limitadas, pero necesarias para un pensamiento genuino que intente superar la alienación. Este es el proyecto de fondo feuerbachiano, y el esfuerzo de su filosofar “a partir de lo que no filosofa”. La puesta en acto de una crítica al pensamiento alienante de la teología y exposición, en un mismo gesto, de la verdad humana de la religión, tendrá como correlato la necesidad de establecer un marco genuino del pensar. Feuerbach, a través de este concepto, otorga objetividad a la vida y pensamiento humanos, en un ejercicio del filosofar que tenga en cuenta la libertad sin dejar a un lado el vínculo con los otros y con la naturaleza, fundamento y condición de todo límite.

Abstract:  The purpose of this paper is to highlight the concept of limit in feuerbachian thought in the period 1839 – 1845. This subject, little studied in the bibliography, leads to think of a mode of mediation with empirical reality through the relationship between thought and sensitive perception, also with respect to its possibilities: these are always – just – limited, but necessary for a genuine thought that tries to overcome alienation. This is the project of the feuerbachian background, and the effort of his philosophizing “from what does not philosophize”. The enactment of a critique of the alienating thought of theology and exposition, in the same gesture, of the human truth of the religion, will have as a correlate the need to establish a genuine framework of thinking. Feuerbach, through this concept, gives objectivity to human life and thought, in an exercise of philosophizing that takes into account freedom without leaving aside the link with others and with nature, the foundation and condition of every limit.
